Day 1 - Zürich

Arrival and pick up at Zürich airport / Zürich main train station / hotel in Zürich. Take a 15-min ride to Zürich city. Walk along elegant Bahnhofstrasse - a shopping stretch - and visit a very pretty chocolate-cum-confectionery shop and a very well-known chocolate boutique-cum-café. After that, walk through narrow lanes in the Old Town area where the largest clock face in Europe awaits you just around the corner - beaming, ready for a photo shot. Then take a walk up one of the twin towers of the Grossmünster and have a bird's-eye view of the city of Zürich (optional). [If this tour is in Dec, go to a Christmas market after lunch.] Overnight in Zürich.

Day 2 - Stein am Rhein

Proceed to a charming medieval town in the northern part of Switzerland, also known as 'the prettiest small town in Switzerland' situated at the River Rhine. Transfer to Lucerne. Overnight in Lucerne.

Day 3 - Lucerne

Free time in the morning for shopping. Swiss cultural show with typical Swiss lunch (optional). Free souvenirs to be collected. Guide will provide coupons. Possible visit to Mount Titlis on a revolving cable car if weather is good (optional), otherwise visit the Picasso museum, do boat ride on Lake Lucerne, Dragon boat etc (optional). Overnight in Lucerne.

Day 4 - Interlaken

Today we take a scenic train ride (1 hr 50 mins) to the town of Interlaken where there are lots of boutiques and souvenir shops catering to tourists. Free souvenirs to be collected. Guide will provide coupons. Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 5 - Interlaken

This is a full-day excursion. In the morning, take a panorama train ride (2 hrs 17 min) up to Jungfraujoch which is a pass between 2 mountains where the highest railway station in Europe is. From the top Sphinx Terrace, see the Aletsch glacier, the longest in the Alps and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit also the Ice Palace with ice sculptures carved from glacier ice. Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 6 - Transfer to Zürich Airport

Transfer to Zürich airport / Zürich main train station / hotel in Zürich. Ride is approximately 2 hours. Please do NOT schedule your flight to depart Zürich airport before 10:45 am.
